I ended up trying Afterlife which turned out to be excellent. Decided to check out some of RGs other shows.
Derek is probably not going to be for everyone but I enjoyed it a lot.
Then went further back to watch Extras and it was very good as well.
Other than the Office and his emcee duties, I wasn't really aware how talented he was as a writer and actor.
His funniest stuff is the old XFM radio shows and podcasts. In big part due to Karl Pilkington though tbh

I'm in the middle of Season 2. It's good but not great. The things Karl says are pretty funny at times but after a season and a half, there isn't much new. And the fact that he acts surprised at the stuff they're making him do seems disingenuous.Quote:
