Well over a couple million outstanding votes in PA. 650k mail ins alone in the SE part of the state EXCLUDING Philly.

Fulton is at 72% right now, DeKalb at 79%, Clayton 84%, and the vote looks like this:

Donald J. Trump* Republican 2,365,653 50.6%
Joseph R. Biden Jr. Democrat 2,247,576 48.1%

Not sure where DDHQ got a > 99% votes in from...
