Yes, both of those outcomes are almost certain at this point.
If Trump can't come back in Nevada (possible) or Michigan (tough, since 97% counted and a chunk of what's left is Detroit), he might as well concede even as he holds PA.

Because the % voting for Trump swung heavily in his favor since 2016.
I haven't done the math but Texas would've been a lot closer if the RGV had voted in similar numbers to 2016.

NV is a coin flip at this point, Fox election desk said most of the vote outstanding isn't in Vegas. Biden leads by 0.6 with 75% in.
