NBATV For Tuesday?

NBA TV is still doing a pretty crappy job of getting out there to everyone. It's supposedly on free preview right now, but I wasn't getting it--my screen showed "Not authorized". I think you have to "call your local cable provider," and we all know how much fun and how productive that is--half the time they don't know what you're talking about (usually because they don't know the difference between NBA TV and NBA League Pass, which are two totally different things).
My cable provider offers NBA TV as part of a cheap (6.99/mo.) add-on with a few other suckass channels, like Golf TV or some shit. But at least it's cheap. For that price I'll just buy it for the playoffs and discontinue after that. Of course I'm not in the Southwest, so I have no idea if game 5 is on Fox SW or whatever.

Sometimes Spurs games on FSN are shown on TWC chan. 150 in HD

How did you find this out? I just got of the phone with Time Warner and they told me most likely not, to which I responded with "why on earth would I ever want to watch the Astros? I don't even like them, and even if I did, its a May game. This is the NBA Playoffs. If I wanted to see them play that bad, I'd move to Houston."

I feel your pain, TW does that BS here in Austin. First, they lie to you and tell you if you get league pass/nbatv you can see these games, then after they have your money, they're like oh no we never said that, we block out all spurs games. This is why I hate them.

What part of Austin, Lebowski?

I need to find a good sports bar here in town. The $3 steak joints have too many distractions.

I work on 6th during the day but at night I go home to Cedar Park. Good place I found last year is RhinosnJocks on 183 & anderson mill because there's not too much else going on there. They have 3 tigole tvs and I can park myself right in front.

Just looked at the listing on TW cable here in town but its showing the Astros game as being on, either way NBATV is going to air the game in San Antonio

This is some fucking bullshit. I paid $179 for League Pass and NBATV for the year. Every other year this has included through the Playoffs (which is really just 1st round since all games after that are on TNT, ABC, or ESPN).

Well, right now it's trying to charge me $49.99 to watch the fucking Nets/Pacers game so I called Dish Network and they said, "Oh yeah, League Pass ended April 20th this year." WTF???

Now they want me to pay $49.99 to watch 1 game? What a bunch of shit.

I'm going to be pissed if the MAT doesn't have this game on.

mmmm I have comcast and NBATV is free for these days not usually. Plus I just got HD and INHD channel has the games tonight
