Dumbass mark cuban had NOTHING to do with this project; didn't you read the article Leonard?? You make yourself sound like the ignorant and dumbass cuban. The article stated that SAWS paid for the project under a 1995 agreement it made when the city expanded the Convention Center. Next time TRY to get your facts together before you again shove your nose up cuban's smelly ass!!
