Farmar dribbled on the baseline and it was called a turnover. The annoucer said the call was late and shouldn't have been a turnover because the ball was out of farmar's hands. He thought farmar stepped out of bounds, but replay showed the turnover happened bacause the ball bounced out of bounds. So the ball had to be out of his hands.
