Shouldn't be blacked out since it's before the game starts.
It will be aired live on NBATV at that time. It's in a segment called "NBA TV Insiders - Live". I will only be on for 10 minutes or so.

Yes that's correct -- the segment is scheduled to start between 6:40 and 6:45pm central.
