Do you remember when Beno lit up Parker when they were 17? :lolQuote:

Shouldn't suprise anybody to see a rookie making mistakes in their very first NBA game. If anything you want to see him get this stuff out of his system (the nervousness, the over-activity, etc). Hopefully he gets more minutes down the stretch here.
He had Pietrus on him whos a good defender, so don't hold too much of that against him.Quote:
My biggest flaw I saw is his lack of movement without the ball. Dude gets absolutely zero seperation.
So what's White's Grade? I'd give him a B-
uh no.. I must politely decline... I did not see that. Maybe Parker was afraid of the Rainbow sticker.Quote:

oh yeah, too early to have any strong opinions.Quote:

IMO, if he would've given more effort on the defensive end, he would've maybe turned heads on the bench, and made Pop think a bit.
He was playing with three white guys who were all looking to shoot. It's not like he got any help on screens.Quote:

He's going to be asked to contribute defensively and make plays going to the rim. A better stat to look at for him is FTAQuote:

Id love to see him vs New Orleans, and see how hed run against their youngins.
Its a shame, you get just a taste of how good this kid COULD be, but then you think what TIMVP said about him, he just uses the athleticism for dunks, and just "plays" through everything else, hes kinda right.
Hopefully he can wise up on that.
oh, I know that this thread title is just being facetious.Quote:

Anyway, the one thing I like about having White is solely his youth. Other than that, yeah hopefully Spurs blowout a couple more teams for White to play.
There's been three guys Pop has inserted into the line up to see if they got something, White, Butler and Ely, and White apparently didn't seem lost--from what the other guys have been saying around here. So that sounds like a plus for once :tu.
He was pretty much what I thought he'd be, so I give him a C+. :lol
Skinny.
Headband.
He got his dunk.
He tried to go playground on that one play and couldn't get free, so he just pretty much dribbled out the clock.
He was very energetic.
He didn't close out well on the perimeter.
The big plus for me was that he didn't look lost.
I still don't think he'll be on next year's roster unless he works his ass off, but we'll see.
To be fair nobody was moving in the 4th qtr. Everybody stood around waiting for time to expire.Quote:

push somebody.Quote:

Theres too much talent there to give up on.
Especially with the way the Spurs cap situation is, and the availability of said athletic players.
Dude what the fuck are you smoking? People are talking about his game TONIGHT! No one is making predictions about him. Your the only one who's sticking your neck out there by saying he wont be in the league that long, and some other nonsense. You can't put Whites stats up with any other 3 out there because this was his first game.Quote:
