No.
It should. Everyone from here going wear a black shirt and bring one to give to the person sitting next to you. :)
I'd do it. Spurs fans, gitwitit! Black out and return the favor to the Suns players by booing on every possession.
for years and years this has been talked about...good luck with that.
It only happens in other arenas because the teams organize it and hand out shirts at the door. The Spurs don't do it for some reason.
Yea. Good luck telling the tea sips that sit down low to put a black t-shirt over her cocktail dress.
Well I will be wearing all black as will my entire host staff. :)

We are all Spurs fans asshole.
The whole seat jelousy thing is OLD. You dont cheer any louder up there than we do down close to the floor.
Get over it
i think that everybody should wear black tonight...but i don't think that we should stoop down low to the suns fans and booing the suns....we are better than that and we need to show them that we don;t act like 3 year olds
I plan on booing the hell out of them. You go ahead and cheer for them if you want. :lolQuote:

I imagine the fans would act the same if circumstances were reversed.
Yes we are all Spurs fans, but you and your stuck up season ticket holders who wear khakis and polos to a basketball game need to get off your but a cheer a little bit. All ya'll are SPOILED!!Quote:

Get over yourself.
People in the upper deck come on a whim...
I pay about 6 mortgage payments a year to sit where I do EVERY FREAKING GAME ... a SIGNIFICANT percentage of my yearly income and you are going to bust my balls because I wear khakis and bathe every day?
FUCK YOU.
Actually it is.Quote:

Blackout it is, We all will be wearing Black, even the ones at home! GO SPURS GO!!! :clap
BREAK THE SUNS!! :madrun
I only wish I could pay a significant amount of my income to go to any spurs game I wanted to, in a 2004 Manu jersey, in a black t-shirt, in my khakis, or even naked. I would be there. Whatever. We're all Spurs fans, no matter where you're sitting. Section 1 Row 1 Seat 1 or Section 225 Row 25 seat 35. Or even sitting on a ratty couch with rabbit ears with a fuzzy reception hoping to get a bit of Bill Walon's commentary. Get over it.

I wear my Black Spurs T-Shirts at every Spurs game that I, unfortunately, have to watch from home instead of the AT&T Center. I have a collection dating back, but my favorite is the 2003 Champion Shirt - it has the entire playoff series scores on back.Quote:

Everyone going to the game should wear their silver & black Oakland Raiders/GWAR outfits with shoulder spikes, body armor, and face paint.

Why is it so difficult for fans to show some kind of unity without having to be bribed with free shit?

If you think this is bad then you should hear the UT football season ticket holders at orangebloods.com. Nothing is worse than the UT high society.Quote:

Actually- I have been told on more than one occasion that the Spurs have a greater percentage of their season tickets held by individuals and family purchasers than the average NBA team. That means that as compared to the average NBA team- the Spurs have a greater percentage of people with season tickets who are paying to be there out of their own pocket (as opposed to corporate accounts). I will never understand the anger toward those people whose money really does enable a city to support a team financially through their season ticket purchases. Plus, certain seats had a buy-in, in addition to the ticket cost. People with season tickets make an investment in the entire season- as opposed to choosing certain games- and yet somehow they are worse fans??
Yep...
Because I pay more for my ticket (and the 44 like it for pre and regular season) than someone in the nosebleeds, he is allowed to bash me for being less of a fan.
Why black? It would make it look like an empty arena. Go with Silver.
I have to work delivery at Pizza Hut tonight.......my boss said we can wear Spurs attire to work.....I have an older 2003 Div Championship shirt I can wear....I have an ObWanGinobili shirt but it is not too clean.
BTW.....I am setting my VCR so I can watch it later.
The fans in the lower level are all a bunch of pussies who do nothing but sit on their ass and play solitare on their blackberries. Fuck them.
Just Kidding. I don't mean that. Just trying to piss off Sec24Row7. Cue response from him in 3...2...1...

Plus, I really not into big crowds that much.
I don't like the nosebleed seats because they seem so high and somehow I have developed a fear of heights. I have gone to the Tower and I can't look out or down because of the feeling I'll fall, so I stay as close to wall as possible.

I didn't get to go to many... maybe one every two years because it was a pretty long drive for her.
Only place I ever sat in Hemisphere was obstructed view... and the only place I ever sat at the Alamodome was close to the curtain or in the upper deck.
Once I finally got a job and started making money on my own the first thing I did was get my Spurs tickets...
Nothing tops Blue and Green. Those are God's colors.
The Spurs owner should definitely purchase the black t-shirts and hand them out at the door. Hell, it's not like he's not making a killing already with the price of the tickets. AND, he can write it off on his income tax.
The Golden State Warriors owner handed out free gold shirts to all of the fans when they played the Mavwrecks. Worked like a charm too !!
kind of like the color of the water your mavs are fishing in with green fishing poles :lol :toastQuote:
