Spurs might have a rough adjustment in game 1
I hope we don't get big headed going into the Finals...
We are 3-3 do we have to lose one eventually?
Jazz > x where x is element of {Pistons, Cavs}Quote:

yep
They weren't too easy.
Spurs are too professional. They don't get rattled. I don't think they'd throw away the Finals due to a sense of entitlement.Quote:

No. The spurs were just too good. Remember, this is the first playoffs since 2003 that TD has been fully healthy. We all remember how great he was in 2003, but now Manu and Tony are that much better. This is the best Spurs team since 1999.
They were not too easy.*
Phoenix.
Now that team was too easy.
They weren't easy. And the physicality was needed after the Suns series. They should be ready for whoever comes out of the East.
Why you crying?Quote:

Yeah, those pussies on the Suns didn't even show up to all the games. Got themselves thrown out to avoid the embarrassment.Quote:

Yeah, but as you said he didn't show up because he was such a pussy..., it was never about the money. He was afraid. Yep.Quote:

Jazz too easy?
Nope. It may have looked like it at times since the Spurs started clicking on more levels for longer stretches. That's important. Physical series, tough series, had to play through leads and had to play through a tough home crowd and no love in grind it out fashion. I think the three series that they've played have prepared them for whatever they'll face in the Finals.
pssht, I guess that's the way you was raised...Quote:

I kind of thought of that. However we beat detroit the first two games after smashing phoenix in 05.
That being said I think pop is the right man to keep their asses from getting candied.
That was one of the biggest game five soap drops in NBA history. Don't make it out to be any more than that. It's embarrassing.Quote:

The difference was experience. The Jazz deserved to be in the WCF this year, but the Spurs were on a mission.
Yeah, I guess they all mean about the same thing. They are also, coincidentally, the basic vocabulary of (WATCH OUT!) The Internet Tough Guy!Quote:

No you see how shitty the Pistons are playing right now. You think they would beat the Jazz, i am not sure they would beat the Nuggets.
The Jazz were good. I think they could have ran with either Phoenix or Dallas and I wouldn't have been too shocked to see them beat either team.
This series was more the Spurs played damn good than the Jazz were bad.
Before the series, I thought it was 4-1 or a sweep. I did come and own up to it when we lost that game.
In my opinion, the Denver series was just as hard. They are just as physical and the games were much closer and iffier. Bruce did a great job on Iverson, but don't think he brought his "A" game, either. I don't really see Utah being any better than Denver--they just had the good fortune to play two non-elite teams to get here.
On the other hand, I could see Utah playing better next year, too. Okur was about as good as Barry this series, and Kirilenko was merely a pest. And you know you have problems when the availablility of Derek Fisher is a big issue.
Bruce says it wasn't easy.Quote:
