You got a fluke win in game one and got bailed out by Amare's and Diaw's stupidity. Jazz would beat the Suns, like they did all season.
And dont make fun of my hurties damnit! :lol
Re: McDyess will not face additional discipline from league
McDyess' foul was WAY worse than Horry's. It was a blow to the head area, and it was made while the player was in the air. Horry's was neither.
This makes it crystal clear that Horry was suspended only because they were suspending Amare and Diaw, and there would have been even more of an outcry than there was if Horry was not suspended.
If Amare and Diaw didn't stupidly come off the bench, Horry would not have been suspended. Certainly not for 2 games.

I think you are forgetting that Horry threw an elbow at Raja's face, so that is where one suspension came from. I'm not sure of the rule on flagrant two fouls, but what McDyess did last night should have been a suspension if they called a suspension on Horry for the elbow at Raja's face. McDyess's action looked dangerous to me, especially the way Varejo(sp?) landed while he was in the air. I would just like consistency in the way they decide what act is a suspension or isn't.
Re: McDyess will not face additional discipline from league
Dyess didn't deserve and ejection. Now, because the refs don't get replay, a flagrant two was a good call. One shouldn't be wrapping somebody's neck in their arm. But you have to admit, Sideshow is quite the flopper.

Sorry, but that is possibly the most ridiculous shit ever. You're bitching about something that happened between the Spurs and Suns, because the Suns (in your mind) would have beaten the Spurs, and you would have been able to beat the Suns? You think the Suns were the better team, but them you could have beaten?
What do you think? The Suns would have lost their composure when the Jazz fans started throwing shit on the court? Maybe the Jazz players had mentally prepared to go home early, because they knew they couldn't beat the Suns - and couldn't get back into gear when the Spurs got handed that series?
It reminds me of that George Karl interview where he said that they should have won 1 more game, then they could have come back and won games 5 and 6. I swear, some of you are just like dogs that have to go around pissing on things.

They said that, but it's bogus. It was just to justify the suspension. If you look at the tape, he did not "throw" an elbow. Bell came rushing at him and he put his arm up to ward him off. If anyone should have been suspended for that it should have been Bell. He didn't even get a tech.

Exactly my point. It simply points out that the Horry suspension was a make-up call because they had to suspend Amare and Diaw.

EXACTLY. He walked on that one -- lucky stiff. Bell deserved some shit for rushing into Horry's face like that.

Regardless of what some whiny Suns fans are still bitching about -- the Spurs would have still beaten down the Suns without Nashie's boo-boo and the suspensions. With the exception of one game (in which the Spurs actually kicked their own ass), beating the Suns with Nash, Stoudemire and Diaw in the game was just too easy.
