Time to face facts; it would be a DAMN shame if the Spurs don't sweep

I remember one year where the Spurs went up 3-0 on someone and they asked David Robinson if the Spurs wanted to sweep, and he said "We aren't thinking sweep" and I was thinking, why the fuck not?

That said, thinking sweep after game 1 is retarded and disrespectful to an opponent. The Spurs need to prepare and show up for every game and everything else will take care of itself.

So basically the Spurs need to actually continue to play defense (unlike the Pistons), and they'll be fine.

Oh hey let's keep this thread going until it's a shame. There is no way this is a sweep.

And oh yah easjer is a little fiery about her Spurs. Cheer hard or go home right?! We had a good time cheering there while all the xRocketfans were cheering for the losers as usual.

We really need our offense to step up to the plate tonight and give them a real taste of what we're about. We let them stay close last time and this was a potential problem if our D wasn't all over it. Look for the Spurs to clear out the ball on rebounds and move it back quickly to push the pace up a bit.

The Spurs will be playing a lot better tonight. That last game got some of the rust off so I'm expecting them to be able to make more outside shots. Hopefully they'll be able to make more points on fast breaks, Cleveland seems to be weak when it comes to those.

It could be a sweep...

up by as many as 29 proved my point, if the Spurs play their game this should be an EASY 4-0 series. The only way the Cavs can win a game is if the Spurs play like dog shit and someone from the big 3 doesn't show up



Seeing how Parker was ass during the Utah road games I wonder if he has the balls to show up on the road and play as well in GM3
