By the way, that is not an insult to you all, as most of you are great fans of "your" team and teams need fans like that, just pointing it out.

im not a spurs-hater, im not on here to troll your board, i got on here to have some good arguments (sure) and see exactly what you guys thought of our team...but i saw the clip on sportscenter tonight and i read a lot of jealous posts on the Cavs and LeBron getting attention....
just didnt make much sense to me...i personally wouldnt give a shit if everyone in the world was picking my team to win

Your main fault lies in the fact that you do seem to understand that the Spurs like to be sarcastic, just like myself. Duncan's comment was pure sarcasm.

actually im not jacking off to anything...i know the regular season means nothing
you made the bold statement that the Spurs "Own" the Cavs....since they havent played a game in the finals yet, i figured you must've came up with that assumption by looking at the Reg. Season series???

Well for starters, how about every major sport, along with the non major ones, 2 nascar stops, PGA stop, and a major college, so of course fans will not stick on one team as much.

I come here because the threads and arguments/debates are a lot better. Unfortunately here and there I come across one of the incredibly arrogant fans who think the Spurs are the absolute greatest team in any sport ever.

I guess I don't see your point...many Spurs fans don't live in San Antonio, and actually live in cities where other sports are available...we have other options, but choose to support the Spurs. It's what fans do.

I'm an example. I live in Norfolk, Virginia, where most people around here support the Wizards. With the exception of the Mets due to their farm team being located here, I've been raised supporting Texas teams (Cowboys, Spurs)
