Yeah i noticed that, but I think they were saying Fabricio still had half of his little toe still in the paint or something , and you are supposed to completely clear the paint before getting a new three seconds. Its one of those things that they call from time to time if they feel like it. dumb...

Just becuase they are down 2-0 doesn't mean they get a "F". Remember, unlike the Spurs, nobody expected Cleveland to make it this far. They still have alot of missing pieces, so I give them a C for what they have done with the talent the currently have.
And for whoever said Larry Hughes might be stuggling becuase of a good defense is completly wrong. He has basically sucked all year. I actually thought that they made up the thing about his foot to get the fans off his back for that gimmie he missed in Game 2 against Detroit to win the game. He faded away on a 7 foot shot and left it short, but everyone blames Lebron :depressed

You guys are looking at it wrong though. Most Cleveland fans don't really expect the Cavs to win. So where as if the Spurs were down 0-2, you guys would be in total chaos, Cavs fans actually expected that. It's like when your favorite NFL team plays the Patriots, your not going to get all upset if they lose, becuase somehow you kind of expected it. So you guys can kick the Cavs and their fans all you want but truthfully it's no big deal. It's a major success this year just getting to the Finals for both the city and it's fans, but if we lose doesn't mean its a dissapointing season. The Cavs are still a major work in progress, that really only has one solid piece of their puzzle.

You must have not been here last week.

Well there are a ton of flamers and bandwagoniers for every team, but I'm talking about the majority of the fans not the irrational.
Re: could a cav fan grade the cavs for this series so far
None of the "majority" of those types of fans must have been here last week then.
But I will give you this, I think most of the ones talking the most trash were even in CLE. I'm pretty sure they were xSuns, xJazz, or xMav fans.
Re: could a cav fan grade the cavs for this series so far
I think those that are saying teh crowd is a nonfactor as taking it purely from a "seeing it on TV" perspective.
I was at game two, and that place was loud, much louder than you can really get a feel for from the broadcast. i think the broadcast does a poor job of micing the crowd up, so it sounds a lot quieter than it actually is.

Which brings me to my next point - what is with the Spurs fans at the games? Don't they realize it's the NBA Finals? Crowd interaction/noise has been pretty bad. Maybe I'm spoiled by the Cavs home games because they're insanely loud (I've seen countless people pull out ear plugs, even in the upper concourse).
Unlike most teams, Spurs don't mic the crowd and feed it back through the PA system.
This is intentional and just another of those "low profile Spurs" things.
It is really deceiving watching it on TV...it's much louder than you think it is.

That's disingenuous. Cavs fans thought the Pistons were as good as the Spurs. The Cavs fans thought their defense would dominate and kept pointing to the 3-1 record against the Spurs in the regular season as a reason it would be a long, competetive series. You were here and I'm fairly sure you were saying these same things.
Now that reality has slapped you in the face it's shitty to suddenly turn around and say "enjoy your hollow victory; we knew you were better all along" because it's an outright lie. Jumping off your team before they even have a single home game is weak, too. If the Cavs come back and win this series you'll probably say "see, I TOLD you the Cavs could win". :rolleyes

Well I can remember my own thoughts thank you. And since I live outside of Cleveland I will be a better judge on the mood surrounding the team. I don't judge how Cavs fans feel by what is posted on message boards either. You are completly wrong. You are welcome to boast about accomplishments you had nothing to do with, but I will tell you that most Cavs fans see this season as a success even if we do get swept. Let me remind you, we have never been to the Finals, and most people who know basketball in this city never thought we would make it here this year. Everything is not so black and white, its not success equals wins and failure isn't losing. This team made a giant step, and weither or not you want to admit that is your own preference. But let me answer the question that was asked, and since I live in the area I can tell you what most Cavs fans feel. I don't need someone sitting on a recliner 1000 fucking miles away to tell me that "we are lying." It's much like eveyone after the Ohio St. basketball season, everyone laughed at them for not beating Florida, when in fact they had a team full of freshman, I have never seen the Buckeyes in the title game in my lifetime, and frankly I never thought they would make it that far, so you tell me where the dissapointment is since your the expert on Cleveland,OH.
A time when we would be let down by our team's performance would be the 2007 BCS Championship game when we were expected to be there and got killed.
But don't attibute words or thoughts to me that I would not say and things you don't know me well enough to assume I would do.

Wait until you hear the crowd tonight, then you'll understand what I mean by loud.

Cleveland mic's the crowd and runs it back through the sound system. I noticed that during the Detroit series.

Okay, your team sucks and they were lucky to get to the finals. That's what I said as soon as they eliminated Detroit. Don't matter to me where the Spurs are when they hoist the trophy.

How exactly would you notice that? Merely speculation, bud. Maybe you have some spectacularly trained ear that can sense reproduced sound through a TV, but I doubt that.

Nice intelligent comment. I'm sure that if you were born in Cleveland you might be a Cavs fan as well, but go ahead and again boast about accomplishments you haven't done a thing for other than watching it on tv.

Thanks. That's what sports are about. I know you aren't a sports fan anymore now that your team has lost a couple of games, and that we're all a bunch of idiots for rooting for our team. Sorry. But thanks for taking the high road and trying to diminish the accomplishments of our team now that yours has been proven to suck as much as we said they did.
You can go away now.
