Summer League Game 2: Spurs vs. Cavs

Dijon Thompson? Nice to see that hes back around the league. After the Suns drafted him he got hurt pretty bad.

You're a team that's struggling offensively, and you really only have 1 scoring option on the floor. Why do you not give him the ball with more than 4 seconds left?

He a lot more affective player with the balls in his hands. The problem is that the PG's aren't passing to him, and the SPurs aren't using him as a ball-handler either.

I agree that our PG play isn't very good. But Marcus needs to find some way to effect the game...be it rebounding, defense, or whatever. Right now hes just running up and down the floor.

You've gotta love a crowd that watches the game in dead silence but then has the yells for the benefit of the kids on big wheels.

And I agree. Marcus should figure out a way to help even when he doesn't have the ball, because he's not getting plays drawn up for him anytime soon.
