He's lost his touch
lol, when Manu has these kinds of games, especially playing so well down the strech I can't help to wonder where would the Spus be with out him.
Go New England
we'll give you rajon rondo
It was a joke, howdy.Quote:

Manu is such a very special player. Trade him for Kobe right now!
2 less Rings. He was a decent contributor during the Nets Championship but not a major factor.Quote:

Define decent. Maybe offensively he wasn't as large of a factor compared to other series, but defensively, he was all over the place.Quote:

Be careful posting stuff like this. In the past week, I've seen people say sign Washington, and Washington is signed. I've seen cut Beno, and Beno is gone.
Buford is listening... Be careful.
People said to cut or trade Beno since 2005 and it just now got done, and I think Washington did his part to earn a roster spot. I doubt a joke thread mocking all the fairweather fans who jump off the wagon when Manu doesn't score 30 is going to get Manu traded. I like Manu, don't get confused.Quote:

I guess some people don't get that this thread is supposed to mock all the "Trade Manu" people who jump off the bandwagon when he has an off night...
trade manu for kwame brown, then we have a 7'0 malik rose butter hands on the team
I wouldn't joke about this shit either.
Knock on wood, cross yourself, throw some fairy dust in the breeze and apologise to the Church of Manu, because he IS the second coming... of what, I'm not sure, but i am sure it's brilliant! ;)
I hope Manu never leaves, and certainly not before this contract is up (3 more seasons).
Manu needs to finish his career with the Spurs before being made honorary mayor of San Antonio and majority owner of the Spurs and being given 99 virgins to do with as he pleases.
Manu is a hot dog. ST's most knowledgeable poster once told me so.
Honorary? Hell...make him the actual Mayor! :)Quote:

Kobe 4 Manu!
Yeah Manu really sucked last night against the Grizzles. Trade this guy before he gets any worse!
LOL ! He's always all over the place. Decent = Not Over The Top and Silly, Wicked Killa. He gave us a spark that year but I still think we could have won without him. No way do we win the last 2 Rings without him. He especially loves breaking hearts on the road in the playoffs.Quote:

Fearless, unltraagressive, willing to gamble, clutch player? He really isnt a super athletic player, but he gets it done. Best I could come up with was Mario elie, but thats far from Manu still. if it was Football, Id say Bill Bates for always being in the mix or Randy white for giving it 100% every second he played.
Hell...all this and Manu really has noone to compare him to.
What do you all think?
I cant think of any other player I have liked watching as much as manu. He really brings the team together and seems to make more it fun for the team
wow... i am really dissapointed to hear this... coming of AJ when Manu decided not to use nbr 6 when he arrived.... ESPN chose Barbosa on top of him too... :depressedQuote:

I'm a massive DRob fan, and I love TD with all my heart, but Manu might be the most exciting player I've ever watched. David was the most graceful, Timmy the most fundamentally skillful (with Hakeem), MJ the most incredible, but Manu beats the field on pure excitement! :spin
I will always remember games 1, 2 and 7 in 2005 when he just took over the game in the blink of an eye... he's an MJ-level super-competitor without being an arsehole.
Mega-props to MANU! :D :D :D
yea trade him he's lost his touch with the comb
that hat isn't hot :lolQuote:

Yes. Trade it for Dirk 'loser' NoRINGtsky!
If you insist trading Manu, I will insist trading Parker.
Tell him to grow his hair back or get outta there
jk :lol
Winning championships.Quote:

As for trading him for Nowitski... Dirk, TD and TP sounds good, but I would probably keep Manu. Winning rings is about team balance, and these four guys (TD/Tony/Manu/Bruce) have balanced each other beautifully to 3 rings. Personally, I wouldn't change a thing.
(PS Don't take that as a diss to the great role players who have played a vital part in those rings. ;) )
In fantasy, sure, make the trade, but DO NOT BREAK UP THIS CORE UNTIL THE RUN IS DONE.
Now that's the real deal. :fro
Rafer Alston + Luther Head for Manu!
Get it done.
