I'm fucking pissed. I have Josh Childress on my fantasy squad and I benched him tonight. Bitch went for 19 pts and 10 rebs. FUCK!
Haha. I Have Joe Johnson, So Im Good
They'll grab that eighth playoff spot--book it.

Yeah, but we're talking about the Hawks. I mean, how long has it been since they haven't really sucked?Quote:

No, It's What I Do
that's what happens when you have cap locks on. my bad
Going to the Hawks-Bulls game when I'm in Chicago later this month...
I picked him off waivers just before and was playing him tonight. Who dumps Josh Childress? And another team I have, someone dumped David West and I managed to grab him. People are idiots.Quote:

Congrats, Chump.
Childress and Smith are both FAs, and that cheap ass owner is back in control, so next year, they may be a good front court, but it won't be together on the Hawks.Quote:

As a Suns fan, this would be the worst possible year for the Hawks to put it together. I want that fricking draft pick!
Forgot about that. Double loss! :lolQuote:

I think the Hawks had 4 guys with double digit rebounds!
They are a pretty darn good team and they are tough inside. Plus they are young. Don't be surprised if they win 50 games and make some real noise in the L'Eastern Conference playoffs!
Tell Timmy he better eat his wheaties when he plays them!

Its all about Horford. I think this guy gives the Hawks the rebounding presence they need. Zaza wasn't much of a rebounder. Speaking of Zaza, where is he? I haven't seen him in any games.
Acie Law IV.
Childress and Smith are RESTRICTED Free Agents next summer and I would count on the Hawks giving up the $$$ to sign both and/or match any offer for either.Quote:

Actually, the guy who was attempting to wrestle control of the team (the one who objected to the JJ deal) was dealt a big blow not too long ago. With ownership more settled now than ever, I would expect the GM to work long-term deals for their young talent and not be too cautious.
Bottom Line: It's possible that the laughing-stock Hawks may be earning some respectability and they are certainly on their way up....though they still have to learn defense.
