Can you believe someone wants to offer me a DBA position? (department business administrator) Maybe they think I've got HR potential? :lmao

excellent shooting! :D 87.1% FT!!! they need to give chip a new boat or something.
I love how well this team is clicking so early in the season. Everybody seems to be playing out of their minds
I definitely think we found our backup PG of the future. He looked great out there.Quote:

I haven't seen a live game yet for this season, but judging from everyone's comment, it seems like the Spurs aren't coasting to start the year. Other teams probably have 'prettier' lineups but man, the Spurs just now how to mix and match. :toast. I really hope they keep this up.
Did Ian work for his points or were they all uncontested layups? His box score looks great.
He had a decent stint against the Bucks scrubs. Two great dunks and 2 nice layups.Quote:

I think Vaughn needs to take his time getting back. Lets allow Washington a little more time to prove whether he deserves a spot in the rotation this year or not. I think it's hardly a forgone conclusion to say that would be the case, but I think the idea is probably growing on a few people.Quote:

Mahinmi looked very comfortable on the floor. I have no doubt that all the experience he is gaining now will be an asset to him throughout his career. Getting comfortable on this stage early on is the most important part (especially for a big). Horry, take all the time you need, this is good time to nurture our future.
Udoka's play was hardly the equivalent of his 14 pt, 6 rbd, 2 asst, 1 stl game against the Kings. He had an off night shooting, but was able to chip in through his other efforts. Solid defense and selfless play were the tones of the night for him. And while it was nothing to write home about, it was priceless time in the system. The integration has begun.
Washington looked like a stud. He obviously needs to acquire more confidence in his abilities, but he made some nice plays on a fairly regular basis. When his confidence returns he could be one of the better backup points around (and a bargain to boot). Considering we're only asking for 15-20 mins a night out of him, I predict he could become a quality sparkplug down the line. Quality defense, high-octane slashing and an overall sense of energy are his staples. Not bad for an undrafted free agent making league minimum wage (and supposedly our 3rd string PG).
The Spurs kicked ass, even though the starters only played 3 quarters. They were up by as much as 40 and won by 25...wow...wish I could've watched the whole game here in Tampa.
