Lame troll attempt is laaaaaaaaaaame.
Someone bust out the "Fail" pics for the millionth time, please.
CarefreeAZ?
Oh yeah. This was the idiot that thought Steve Trash was better than Gary Payton. Don't bother responding to this idiot.

I'm kind of surprised that Dirk isn't on there; it seems like he gets "fouled" whenever there are people around him, and when he doesn't get the call, you can see him yelling at the officials every time with that petulant frown. Seriously, watch him whenever he's in traffic. If he doesn't get "fouled" and misses, you'll see him do it.
You'll have to forgive him; his hometown paper hasn't had that word scrawled across the front page since 1964.Quote:

On the court.
Never off the court.
Unlike Nash, who called out his teammates in a press conference on national TV.
That kind of whining I don't like.
A player who bitches about a call on the court at least does it in the appropriate place.
Nice pic of Rick berry
Why does Mark Cuban only have 7%? He's the biggest bitch/whiner on that list.
Ask and ye shall get.Quote:

Wow. D'Antoni not in the list? Bummer.
I vote for John McEnroe or Mark Cuban. Easily the biggest two whiners of all time.
Tim Duncan and Sheed should both be exempt from this poll, because even though they often whine, it's somewhat justifiable because they are two players who get some of the fewest calls on their behalf. Sheed has made his own bed, in a way - he pissed off so many refs when he was in Portland that now if he breathes on the ball they're liable to call a foul on him. Tim is a victim of his own passivity - he doesn't ever get upset, so refs often miss calls that should go to him.
GREAT THREAD and it goes with everything I've been saying for a while.
The Suns are whiners?
You have Tim Duncan on your team, idiots!
Were those photos up During the vote?
If so, TWO unflattering photos of Tim Duncan (and NONE of anyone else -unless you click to go to another page) no doubt were INTENDED to, and did indeed, skew the results to put Duncan near the top. Otherwise he would be below Cuban.
Also included were TWO unflattering captions:
"Big Crybabies Tim Duncan is never afraid to complain", and a long one about "eye-popping"
Says the guy whose team is still bitching about getting robbed by David Stern last year. Not to mention D'Antoni's whine-o-rama about Phil Jackson taking time out during a blowout.Quote:

Thanks :lolQuote:

I'm surprised that no one has commented on the most absurd part of this entire article. Using AOL to evaluate the Spurs and/or Spurs' players is like trying to get an objective opinion about Israel from Osama Bin Laden.
I realize that this was on the main site, not AOL Fanhouse, but you can't take this shit seriously when all but one of the Fanhouse writers is on record as hating the Spurs. (As in, actual lines from their "articles" include gems such as "I hate the Spurs," "I always root against the Spurs," etc.) Way to go, AOL. Glad to see you are setting new standards for journalism in the digital age.
EDIT: Since all of the figures mentioned (except coaches/owners) are all major stars in their respective sports, I have no doubt that the article is 100% objective and not at all intended to stir some shit up for its own sake.
Hey - Johnny Dingo. I was just trying to recall who the "mental midget" was that had posted predictions of what was going to happen with all the western conference teams this year and than your name appeared.Quote:

Once again, beating the dead horse here, Gary Payton is obviously the better defensive player. Nash however, is a better pure shooter,Nash will have more assists than Payton (if he already doesn't) when his career is over and Nash has more games that he has scored 30, 40 or even 50 points in a game.
Anytime, mein Freund. I'm always looking to ridicule stupid people.Quote:
