I think his prediction may be in the wording. I know if such was said to me, I'd chalk up Bitch to mean D'Antoni and Ass to mean Sarver, meaning that as long as the Suns are D'Antoni-led and Sarver-owned, that they wouldn't win a Title. In the Suns case, that's a pretty solid bet, unfortunately for us Suns fans.

I don't know who the Bitch and Ass are in Dallas' case, though...
