So many to choose from...top two are obviously Jason-wannabe thug-Terry and Cuban.
Cuban isn't a Mav. Court time is the only thing that counts, not shower time.
There are no easy answers. :pctoss

My most hated Mav is Nowitzki. Without Nowitzki nobody in Germany would know the Mavs. No Mavs-Game would be broadcasted on TV. No Kiddie would buy a Mavs-Jersey. Just because of Dirk here is a Mavs-Hype in Germany. No easy times for a Spursfan in Germany.
Jerry Stackhouse. Cause he says alot of disrepectful things for a player coming off the bench who never won anything.
jason terry is a reaaaal _______________.
why isnt' Dirk a separate option?
Cuban by a mile. As far as players, Terry, Howard and Stackhouse are all as classless and unlikable as Mark Cuban is. I like the other guys on the team, and Devin Harris has cut back on the flopping this year, so he's much easier not to hate.
How's AJ not on this list?
or AveryQuote:

Tony Romo.
I hate that lil' turtle-headed, Jason Terry. He's a punk-ass, sneaky, cheap-shot, whiny lil' bitch who tries to talk trash and incite the crowd.
no one has voted for damp?

Terry.
Cuban
J. Terry...can't stand him, cheap shot player. My second choice...Cuban, he can kiss my ass, but I think part of his antics are for attention.
Could've sworn Terry was gonna win in a landslide.
Terry b/c he punches nuts. :ihit
i knew he would that's why i chose someone else to show that others are also hated.Quote:

I fucking hate faggot ass Dirk. Unbelievable that this poll doesn't have him on it.
cuban.
Terry for his terribly annoying face that makes me want to bite him so that he may catch rabbies.
Terry by a fucking mile.
you can vote on "Others"... IMO Dirk is one of the few classy players on that team.. he has done nothing to us to get our hate (not that i am aware of)...Quote:

Close call between Stackhouse and Jet. But in the end Jet wins. Always cheap shoting someone, and then getting that smug little smirk on his face. Guy is an A1 asshole. But Stack runs a close second.
i get your point i won't skip him next time so i sound more "democratic"... anyhow... can you give me one solid example of why we should hate Dirk?Quote:

San Antonio Spurs: 4 titles and yet the most insecure fanbase in all of sports. You won't find a "Which Spur do you hate the most" poll on DallasBasketball's messageboards, nor do Mav fans have GTG to watch Spurs playoff games. Which franchise has multiple titles and which franchise has an empty trophy case again? You can't tell by the fans, that's for sure. I guess that's what you get for being a one-team town.
Yeah - you're right. But I already gave you my reasons why I hate Dirk. I'm from Germany and it's not easy for a Spursfan here. Dirk is the only famous player we have. He is importand to make the NBA popular in Germany. Like Detlef Schrempf did some years before. But the Maverickshype here is unbelievable. In Germany you can see the Spurs on TV 2 times a year and the games in the playoffs. The Mavs every week - in boring matchups. You see Kids on the streets wearing Mavs-Jerseys. Just because of Dirk.Quote:

Mark Cuban trashing the WHOLE San Antonio city, Josh Howard punching Ginobili in a non called foul, Jason Terry cheap shots and comments + Jerry Stackhouse's mouth gained our hate. We were cool with y'all before all that happened... and btw.... do you have any reason to hate ANYONE on the Spurs organization? what for? being winners? envy is the weapon of the incompetentQuote:

Wow, a German Spurs fan :santahatQuote:

LMAO that Cuban is an option.
Does this mean that Eva should be an option in a similar Spurs poll?
I really hate her interviews about her wedding during games....that really bugs me.
I already hated Terry to begin with, but since he said on ESPN that " if we had beaten the Warriors, the Spurs would have never won the championship".
Faggot...... :ihit
300000 dollars to cuban is like 5 cents to me. that was a jokeQuote:

Do you think Mark Cuban gives a shit about the Riverwalk one way or the other? Have you ever heard of Andy Kaufman? He's doing a routine and playing a heel. Way to let it go over your head.Quote:

Oh yeah, the Spurs are loveable class acts! They never whine to the refs, they never cheap shot their opponents, they just put on their hard hats, pack their lunch pails and go to work. When they do it, it's basketball "the right way." When their opponents do it, they're dirty thugs. I don't think the Spurs are any dirtier or lacking in class than any other team, but it's so comical the way you rubes buy into the whole "The Spurs are such a class organization doing things the right way" meme. You got lucky twice in the lottery and Buford/Pop aren't idiots. Get over yourselves.Quote:

Here's your trademark Spurs move: palms up, astonished expression, sad pleading eyes. God, what a beating it must be to have to officiate a Spurs game. And you guys think Cuban complains too much about the officiating:

Oh yeah, I'm personally responsible for all Mavs FO decisions. How'd you know I am in fact Donnie Nelson and that I post at Spurstalk under the alias "Findog?" If you want incompetent, look at Isiah Thomas, Billy King, Kevin McHale, not the Mavs braintrust.Quote:

geez people need to relax, if there was no "hate" what fun would a rivalry be
I'm sure mavs fans have their most hated Spur and good for them, that's why the Spurs-Mavs rivalry has always been heated and interesting.
God I hope the Spurs and Mavs meet up in the playoffs this year.
i was more talking about Mav fans NOT their organization when i brought "envy is the weapon of the incompetent" :toastQuote:

Seriously just take a break from ST. Thats just the nature of the beast. This is just what fans of rival teams do. Its been like this for Spurs fans since the laker and Jazz vs Spurs rivalry's days too. Do Spurs fans respect our rivals? Most of us do. But do we like them? Hell No!
Well, of course I'm envious of a team that has four titles when mine has an empty trophy case, but I'm not obsessed with the Spurs. Can't speak for anybody else though.Quote:

I have nothing but respect for Duncan, although he wears that uniform, you can't hate him. Dirk is not as good as Duncan, but he's a similar kind of star: he doesn't care about his numbers, he does what his coaches ask him to do, always gives credit to his teammates and others when things go well and doesn't shy away from the blame when things go bad.
And I have to admit that I'm envious of the way the Spurs have combined luck with skill: it's not a guarantee that Tim Duncan would have lifted another franchise to such great heights, he has been surrounded with appropriate role players and unselfish team-first guys. The Shaq/Kobe Lakers dissolved prematurely because those two guys couldn't agree on who was going to get the credit and be the #1 guy. The Spurs Dynasty will be toppled by old age, not petty jealousies.
just wanted you to see that i agree with you about Dirk Findog.. i wish i had him on ANY team i support... but players leave an imprompt on the teams (i am a spur fan because of D-Rob not a Manu bandwagonner here) and Dirk is not lucky to be surrounded by the players he is now... if Only Nash and Fin would still be with him... who knows if you wouldn;t have a ring right now... and probably this poll would have never been created...Quote:

To me, nobody among Mavs organization has done soemthing worth being hated.
I dislike some of Mavs' players or Cuban but it's far from the hate.
i think it's pretty clear that we are not talking about actual hate buddy... this is all about bragging our rivals...Quote:

What a fucking ridiuclously stupid thing to say. 300 grand is a lot of money to the city of SA and those who enjoy the Riverwalk. Why in the fuckin world does it matter if it's not that much money to Cuban? I bet it's more percentage wise of his net worth than you or anyone else here has ever donated to the city of SA.Quote:

Now if the 300,000 was to contribute to a city fitness center, or maybe to repairing the pot holes throughout the city... :spinQuote:
