Because Detroit was stupid enough to pass on him at #27 for a depth guard in Aaron Afflalo...

He certainly looks like a good complimentary player to place alongside Duncan.
He was a beast in many Euro and Olympic games, end of discussion and may turn out better than that Scola guy afterall. PDR
If I'm right about the time difference, he should be playing right now....
Anyone have a live stats type website? I can go to Euroleague.net for the post-game stats, but I was just wondering if I could see the box score as it progresses.
Euroleague.net has live stats. Splitter's game just finished. He had 15 points on 5-6 shooting, 3 boards and a block in under 20 minutes.
HI EVERYONE!!!!! WHY SPLITTER??????????? BECOUSE HE IS A GENIUS IN EUROPE MAN, TODAY HE WAS FANTASTIC, IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MADES 15 PTOS, 1 BLOCK, 2 ASSISTANCES, MANY REBOUNDS............AND WAS THE MOST VALUETED OF THE TEAM. WHEN SPLITTER WAS OUT OF THE COURT TAU BECAMES AWFULL, TERRIBLE, DULL..... AND THEN, WHEN NEVEN PUT HIM IN THE COURT AGAIN, THE DEFENSE OF THE TEAM INCREASED SPECTACULARY AND THAT MADES EASIER TO PLAY MUCH BETTER THAN IN THE FIRST PART OR IN THE THIRD PART. BESIDES, AS FAST AS SPLITTER STAYED ON THE COURT HE STARTED TO SHOOT AND TAU GAVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO THESE ARE SOME OF THE REASON WHY TO MANY TAU'S FANS THINK SPLITTER IS AN INCREDIBLE MAN, DO YO NEED ANY MORE????????? :spin :elephant
Cuz he's tall, young, aggressive and Brazilian.
you are the shit compared to most of our gibberish-typing player-advocating foreigners :tuQuote:

a better version of biedrins?
This guy never recovered on any rotation...Too slow to cover even NY Curry..How physical was he? I have never read any player saying he is a physical defender and it is too tough to go against him etc....I do not understand when someone says Rasho is a physical defender.....give me a break..Quote:

And unlike Rasho, Splitter can actually run up and down a basketball court. Fast break points from Rasho were non-existant.
Sounds like a good comparison...Lot better than Rasho's comparison...But I think Tiago is taller than Biedrins...Quote:
