Early game. It starts at noon CST (in seven hours).
Spurs like to sleep walk and lose early games. Especially on the road.
With that in mind, this sounds a game where the struggling will continue :smchode:

i predict a sudden increase in the population of pussy trolls. the only way to avert this disaster is for the spurs to stomp the kittens to the ground.
que-bobcats dynasty
BobcatsDynasty is going to have a field day.
tough game, Bobcats have had some good wins as of late at home. Still expect Spurs to win though
WTF? There's a game today?
.....weird. I miss being in high school.
Bobcats have beaten a lot of the good teams lately...they seem to always beat the contenders every year. Last year they beat the Spurs, Mavs, Suns, and Pistons I believe. This year they've already beaten the Celts (almost twice).
Oh and Richardson has been on a tear the past couple of games. Bruce will have his hands full.
Watch out for Nazr....
Since joinig Charlotte he is averaging 10.9 PPG and 8.5 RPG (and of course 1.58 TO and 3.7 PF in only 25 minutes).

As timvp said, the Spurs usually don't do well with the early start.
Based on how they've been playing I hope they come out with an attitude. It's time to start playing like they mean it. I hope they put the game away early, let the starters get some 4th quarter rest and let Pop tinker with his bench to end the game.
I'd like this stretch of games to start with a win. But as long as they play well I'll take what happens. I always deal with a loss better if they leave it all on the court for 48 minutes.
Duncan has played well lately, except for turnovers. I expect him to take better care of the ball today and I expect him to be a monster on the boards.
For those of us at work, can any of you provide a link so we can watch the game?
Let's kill these pussies.
Holy cow! Timvp posted at 5am? Doesn't he sleep?
I think Bruce will guard GWallace (if the Spurs are actually starting a small lineup).Quote:

Nowhere to view it online?
Bobcats call on LP. I was really hoping for Sean.
A nice chance for Richardson to prove whether he deserves the last spot or not.
I'm beginning to wonder who Que Gee is...He's been right on a lot of things.
Let's see if Pop can make this small lineup work. I'm scared that Finley or Richardson are guarding Richardson. Yikes!
Ah.. looks like Bruce on Richardson for now and Finley tries to guard GWallace.
We'll see how this goes.
They didn't beat the Mavs or the Suns last season.Quote:

My cable company is doing a free preview of League Pass this week.
I assume it's a national promotion.
Anyone who doesn't have it should check their channels, you may have it this week, including today's game.
i'm digging Pop's clothing today
I like Richardson so far. Most shooters are scared to shoot when they play for the Spurs.
This guy lets it go.

Man, Richardson is all over the place out there.
this game is going waaaay too fast
I guess that's what happens when you go small.Quote:

going small vs the Bobcats is not the way to go!
They're a weaker version of the Warriors. You got to bang in the paint.
great D Finley
Naz's revenge :(
Finley's blocked 2 layup attempts by Wallace. I never thought I'd type something like that.
Felton owned TP
This Frost Bank Commercial is so stupid.
I don't care how well you can cook beans, give me good rates homie.
Oberto and Ime in
Why is Richardson starting for Oberto? And why is Pop only playing small ball?
Beautiful play TP
Bobcats up 27-26 after one
nice kick out from brent to udoka for the 3!!
It's good to have barry back
Ime comes through!
Brent was screwed
Anyone know of a link to listen to the game?
All substitues have "+", and all starters have "-". :lol
Go to nba.com.

hope Brent is ok...he fell and didn't move
ok...seems like he's fine
Good News: The Spurs are keeping the Bobcats off the offensive boards.
Bad News: They're doing that by letting them shoot 57%.
8-8 at the line
oh my god Parker actually found open Duncan in the paint.......
That lead evaporated rather quickly.
man...what an awful last few seconds
Duncan blocked in the paint then a transition 3 by the Bobcats
Manu started?
wow...J Rich took it to Tim
Manu didn't start
Good defense and then miss it up.
Barry 333333333333333333333
Barry seems to be getting back into form.
The Spurs stink at running the break
Nice follow by Tim
Spurs 54 Bobcats 47
Spurs up 54-47 at the half
Nice to see the Spurs up instead of trailing. Most everyone has contributed in some way.
I like this Richardson guy.
He played like, what...10 seconds. Never liked someone this much in 10 seconds before ;)
But, man, something about him. Hustles, not afraid to shoot wide open shot. It just looks like he's determined to make this team.
The offense looks nice :smokin
The defense is Suns-esque :depressed
The spurs really want to win this game! :)
will the game replay by any chance? I missed the first half :madrun
If Sean starts his "it's just a matter of time till the Spurs blow them out" speech, I'm shutting off the TV and going to a bar somewhere.
Even Sean seems to have noticed that Tim is showing the ball to the blocker way too much.
C'mon guys. Whip ass.. Start this mess of road games with a whopping win.
Finley only took one shot in the first half? Wow
Is it me or have the Spurs blocked a lot of shots today?
Finley is perfect today. 2-2 LOL
Parker has been shooting from the outside way too much lately.
Yep..Tony needs to drive instead of throwing up the jumpers
awesome play by Manu
That's what I've been talking about. He was playing so well then with the return of Ginobli and Barry his shots are way down and his minutes are sporadic.Quote:

TD monster block
Ugh. Ginobli and Finley missing technical ft's.
Still too damned many turnovers !! :madrun
wow
this game is getting a bit out of hand

TD bank!

Finley is feeling it tonight. 13 points on 5 shots. Not bad.
TD's bank shot has been solid as of late.
Duncan (4) and Parker (3) with 7 of the Spurs 8 turnovers.
TD with a lot of TOs in the quarter
Nazr looks fat
Nazr on fire.
The Spurs offense is whack right now
Spurs 73 Bobcats 67 at the end of the 3rd
This feels like one of those games where the Spurs let their oponents back in the game.
Manuuuuuuuuu
Spurs up 6 after the 3rd
