How many more you guys wanna lose before you agree that the roster is too complacent, too old and too hobbled?

Looks like JR Smith's trade value is at its lowest since being with the Hornets when the Spurs almost pulled of that trade for him.Quote:

If they bring someone old like Sam Cassell, he's guaranteed to get 30 minutes a night on this team, especially if he can demonstrate that he is no longer able to shoot more that 40% from the field. By the way, is Clifford Robinson available?
Just out of curiosity, are you fuckin stupid?Quote:

Difference of opinion, but here's my take....Quote:

In my opinion it's a no-lose situation that seems like something the Spurs would take advantage of. For example, it seems that every move they've made in the past has been for players with the potential to contribute but without the expectation...guys like Nazr, who worked out, and Ely, who did not and was let go.
Bottom Line: JR Smith is a very talented and extremely cheap option for which you would lose next to nothing in order to get....I think that's a no-brainer deal.
Couldn't tell....Quote:

He may or may not be able to help the Spurs this season, but I think if he came over in a trade he would at least be given an opportunity to prove he can contribute.Quote:

I'll go with a no on that one....but Knicks might be looking to deal and they usually make crappy ones, so you're not too far off-base. How about them giving up Crawford for Barry and Elson...that'd be nice.
could pop and the rest of the guys keep jr smith in check though?
i like what he brings to the table, but it's the rest of his baggage that worries me.
half a vote for jr smith.
i haven't seen fred jones play recently. can he shoot well? i remember he could dunk, but that's all i remember though.
stuff JR SMITH
might as well go trade for NAJERA who can defend all 5-4-3-2 positions, a hard grit physical contact player whose not afraid....yeh he earns about MLE
Hell lets trade all of our posts, besides Duncan for wings. There's plenty of minutes to go around at our wing position, unlike our solid front-court situation.
:clap
Trades ...
TD for Howard
TP for kidd
Manu for Kobe
Bruce for Wallace
os shit ... would Rasho come back?
How about:
JJRedick
Adonel Foyle
for Finley? (expriring contract?)
Redick and Foyle both suck.
