And clearly said ticketholder made Pop go small against Shaq, Diaw, Amare, and made the rest of the Spurs play without any emotion or hustle...
Were you disappointed in the response you got the first time you posted this thread?
:jack
The only thing that EVER beats the Spurs is corrupt officiating . . . .
:rolleyes
Glad the Spurs didn't bother to compete then. No amount of favorable officiating could have saved them.
As a somewhat neutral observer, the Spurs did the whole "self fulfilling prophecy" schtick. Everyone knew that the Spurs would have to dominate from the start to offset the officiating, so what did they do? Come out flat and complaining to the officials because Phoenix decided to play both sides of the court for the first time this year. The Spurs then seemed to use this as proof that they couldn't win, and just rolled over after some real effort in the 2nd quarter.
After that I get a little foggy because I began drinking heavily to numb the pain.
They haven't been getting calls to this point. Why they allowed it to completely derail them or used it as an excuse to take the game off is a complete mystery. They've screwed around and given a good opponent confidence. They'd better be able to match the energy.
hey, I was just making the calls I was supposed to make. no surprises here.
Come on man, the refs weren't really that bad in Game 4, it is still no where close the Game 6 Kings vs. Lakers level.
naw we just blew it!!!!!! like suns fans there use to blowing

Some of the worst officiating I've seen in a while.
Having said that, I'm GLAD it came in a game that we decided to suck for. That way, no harm done. We would have lost with favorable officiating, let alone a game that the officials decided would be a Phoenix win from the start.
I look for us to come out in Game 5 like we're going to not just beat Phoenix, but punish them for stepping on our floor.
besides themselves. or injuries.
Seriously. There were bad calls on both teams. Suns just played better and hustled more.
Stop whining, we lost, get over it.
I suggest we change inconvertible's team to Phoenix Suns, since he wants to whine about refs when the Spurs simply got their asses handed to them.
The Spurs had a bad playoff game. Happens every year. They still win the series and move on. They will close this series out on Tuesday night. Done deal. Spurs in 5. Book it. :toast
What type of a fan, of any team, watches a game like that and complains about the officiating?
I just wanna know...I really wanna know.
