id disagree on the fact that duncan has played in 4 finals series and has gone deep in the playoffs almost his entire career... i'd imagine all the extra playoff games timmy has played and venue revenue he's generated by being a fucking pimp in the playoffs would exceed garnett's jersey sales and marketability... maybe that's just me though.Quote:

I'd like to think Duncan generates more money but I don't see it. He's always deep in the Playoffs, he's won the Titles. But we keep being told how the ratings drop when the Spurs are in the Finals. If ratings drop then revenue drops. So he's there, but is he bringing in money? I certainly support him, jerseys, T shirts, sneakers, I buy only Duncan gear. It was also really terrible basketball, unless you love watching Bruce Bowen shut scorers down or appreciate defense in general. The Spurs had to sit for over a week waiting for Cleveland and never regained their tempo.

That is what I find ironic about the commish. He is always talking about players need to act right and be of good character. He has that in Duncan but in reality he goes with those who make him money. That's fine but at least own up to it.
