I'm pretty sure we're in the same time zone.. which would make it 9 pm.
I checked Spurs.com and it says 9 pm. Which means 9 pm central time, not Eastern time.
Any idea on a game 2 time? Or is it still dependent on the other series which are yet to finish?
I think they are waiting for the other series. I would like to know also as I want to get tickets to game 3 or 4 if its during the weekend.
Fuck ! That is 4 am French time !!!
I bit the bullet. I have tickets in hand for Game 1.
I'll admit to fearing the karma a bit on this one: I have attended 6 Spurs road games (5 playoff games (Game 4 @ LAL in 2003, Game 3 @ LAL in 2004, Game 4 @ SEA in 2005, Game 3 @ SAC in 2006, Game 3 @ DAL in 2006) and 1 regular season game (4/1/07 @ IND)) and never seen the Spurs win -- although the last 3 times have all been maddening 1 point losses (Kevin Martin's layup to beat the buzzer; the Joey Fouls Out Duncan game in Dallas; and Tinsley's driving layup after Manu missed a FT with 6 seconds to go).
I'm going popdamnit. I'm going.
Make sure you do something really rude to the "Peja head" things they are giving out...a big sharpie marker might come in handy.

Why would they start the next round when there are still a few series to rap up? We will be playing on Saturday night and some game 7's will be on Sunday... Doesn't make much sense.
1/2 of our family is happy about this game time. I will be getting off of work and Jim will be going to work.
I am excited for another GTG with my playoff family!
If it is 9pm ET, that should be 9am Phil Time.... good, I should be back from church by then... Yahooooo!!!!!
