    Spurstalk Prediction Contest:
    Contest #1

    As part of my contribution to raising the bar, I'm gonna be running a prediction contest until the end of the season, and hopefully the playoffs (if we make it ). From the rockets game until the postseason, I'm planning on 3 editions (9 games each). Note that the Thunder game is not going to be part of this edition, because it's tomorrow and I wanna give people time to get their predictions in. Here are the rules:

    Rules:

    * Predictions must be made before tipoff in the first game (in this case, before the tipoff in the Rockets game, Feb 26th 8:30 ET)

    * Predict a win or loss for each game by copy and pasting the game list in your post, and putting a W or L beside the game. Also don't forget to include the bonus prediction (more on that in a bit)

    * You don't have to predict all the games right to win! Since I realize 9/9 is a hard task, the user with the most predictions correctly at the end will win.

    * In case of a tie, the following will be used as tie breakers:

    - Predictions against teams below .450 will be worth 1 point, and between .450 and .600 will be worth 1.5 points, and above .600 will be worth 2 points. User with the most points will win the tiebreaker. These are records at the time of the game!

    - If users have the same number of points, then the bonus prediction will be used to determine the winner. The bonus prediction this round is:

    Bonus Prediction:
    How many points will Manu Ginobili average over the 9 game stretch (To one decimal place)
    Make sure to include this prediction along with your wins/loses!

    Prizes:

    * Winner of the contest will win my sig space for 10 days!
    * Regardless of tiebreakers, the person closest to the bonus prediction will win my avatar for the same amount of time!
    * I'm trying to lobby for some vBookie cash to be included for the winner(s), stay tuned lol
