    you coulda got a satellite this morning at wal mart with 2GB RAM, 120 GB HDD, Vista premium for $398!

    it is for a satelite. It is at work
    it is actually the recover disk
    it contains xp home!

    Mouse, why not just use a non-branded XPHome CD? The CD Key will work for it, and you won't get bloatware install. Only thing you'll have to do is install drivers ...

    recovery cds are faster
    mouse knows how to install drivers and does not need practice
    also using a recovery disk it installs software that comes with the computer

    It would be worth $5 to me because it would save time
    time is money

    A Recovery disc doesn't ask for a password that is why he wants one.

    LOL I sold my Toshiba Satellite 2 GB ram 80 GB hard drive and the entire thing wasn't working for $395 on Ebay.
