IH-35? You must be downtown. Go down to the River...lots of clubs there to party.
How's your friend doing? Take the trolly around tomorow. Check out King William, Blue Star Art complex, downtown S.A. You can ride all day for 50 cents. Really try to go to Rippley's, and the Alamo across the street. Take a river barge outside River center mall, near by. Also, check out the Menger hotel near the Alamo, it has some really cool old pics, and history of San Antonio.
go across the street to that Rute Maya place, sometimes they have live bands
Go visit the Spurs Museum on S. Zarzamora and Guadalupe.
