Apples and oranges argument...
then what makes obama qualified for #1?
Apples and oranges argument...
Only dead-enders are trying this one.
Obama went to the slums of chicago and became a "community orgainizer". Gave a speech in 2004. Then didnt even complete his first term as senator in the U.S. Senate. I'm not putting Palin over him but then why should I put him over her? The media is putting her limited experience to the fire but never for obama when he's running for commander in chief.
She was a small town mayor and Governor of one of the less populous state in the Union....Obama is a Senator from one of the largest..
I'd put the President of the Harvard Law Review over any ing governor of the nation.
There's only one HLR prez at any time. There's 50 dumb-ass state governors running around.
Give me one state guv who is smarter, more talented, has greater organizational skills, is able to inspire, is able to take down the Clintons, is able to transform his party in eight months, and puts talented people around him while putting together a platform comprehensively engaging every single problem this country is facing.
And it ain't the in' governor of po-dunk Alaska, with more caribou than people.
Don't forget he can read off 3 teleprompters almost flawlessly at any time. That has got to give him the slight edge!
Yo chikkkkkkkeeeennnnnns have come hooooooooooooommmme. To ROOOOOOOOOOST.
She actually cut taxes, gained a surplus, and re-invested that money in a state savings account. You want "not-of-Washington", there's your proof. In my limited 20 years of experience in life, I have found small-town folk actually understand the old-school mentality of getting done the right way.
Obama is all fluff for the idiot masses of America who like to be victims. He's running on about 5 or 6 catch phrases lmao.
Speaking of teleprompters...
She left Wasillia with a huge amount of debt. She started big, meaningless plans the city is still paying for, because she wanted to be flashy and run for governor. It worked, but left her cons uents holding the bag.
Sounds like GOP SOP to me.
The 'old-school mentality' of getting done means paying bills, not growing the government to absurd amounts, protecting the dollar. Not more of McSame. The real world has tons of issues the snow princess has never seen.
Don't worry, you'll grow up, get used to this stuff. You're just 20 years old, a baby.
You forget, these lib s here want to become one of those liberal elitists. They are already on track because they don't believe regular people can take hold of the American Dream. They think everyone needs the government to help them rather than a government that stays small and nonintrusive. Actually, I don't think they understand the concept. Besides, they are by nature, so bigoted, they probably just don't like her because she is part native Eskimo! Maybe they are jealous because she has minority status as an Eskimo and Woman!
Yeah that isn't half as important as organizing those neighborhoods like in Communist/socialist countries. Ayers was real proud of him and help him organize a couple of boards.
Thinking back, did Rezko help him buy the house before or after he worked with Ayers. And you got to love his religious minister friends, the crazy Catholic Priest and Rev. Wright.
I would say Obama is well qualifed. As Thug of The Month guy.
This is where big things happened.
Not mine, but rather David Frum, writer for The National Review (William F. Buckley's mag)and former Bush speech writer....
McFlummoxed's POW episode qualifies him for nothing. In fact, the abuse he received added some years to this like, both mental and physical.
Judging by his excess and POW history, I'd say he's more like late 70s rather than 72.
HUSSEIN's mutliple accomplishments and his mgmt of his campaign so far indicate a talented, driven, intelligent person, two highly relevant areas where McSame has shown nothing.
Cute, and here I thought she has been a governor of one our largest states for the past two years. My mistake.
Ok, this is where big things happen.

One of our "largest states"?![]()
I see that it's the geographic size of the state that matters. So, under your criteria, the governor of, let's say, New York has an easier job than Palin, because New York is a "smaller state," right?
You do realize that the entire State of Alaska has a population half the size of San Antonio, right?
Alaska is all rocks.
Fewer people than Austin, Texas.
AHF is really, really, really stretching here.
Largest state, eh? Didn't realize governing a bunch of caribou qualified you to lead the country.
2005 resident population est.: 663,661
10 largest cities (2005 est.): Anchorage, 275,043; Fairbanks, 31,324; Juneau, 30,987; Sitka, 8,986; Wasilla, 8,471; Kenai, 7,464; Ketchikan, 7,410; Palmer, 6,920; Kodiak, 6,273; Bethel, 6,262;
If Alaska was a city it would place 19th in the country (or Charlotte, NC).
yeah democrats keep on attacking small town America, keep on minimizing a average Americans as able to lead...
The latest nationwide survey, begun Friday afternoon after the McCain announcement of Palin as running mate and completed mid-afternoon today, shows McCain/Palin at 47%, compared to 45% support for Obama/Biden.
In other words, the race is a dead heat..

funny how the messiah still can't seal the deal..
It's funnier how a black guy we never heard of before 2004 got this far in the first place.
So now you're saying average Americans are qualified to be president? I DON'T WANT an average American as president. that. That was the stupid reasoning that got us "W". I want the best and the brightest. I want one of the smartest persons we can find to be president. I want the "elite," as much as you Republicans hate the term.
I am from a small town. My business is in a small town roughly the size of Wasilla. I wouldn't want any of the people in my small town, including the mayor, running the country.
That's a Zogby Interactive Poll. People basically vote online.
I'm not saying the race isn't close. Here is the Real Clear Politics poll of polls.
Many Americans voted for a downright imbecile just because they "wanted to have a beer" with him.
In 1988, Joe Biden went entering his 15th year as a Senator, John McCain was entering his fifth year as a Congressman, Barack Obama was president of Harvard Law Review, and Sarah Palin -
