i love how Carmelo just jacks up 3s and they still go in![]()
It's a pretty close game.
Announcer: "The Nuggets are giving it to the Rockets right now...in a different kind of way" hahah.
Silly me. I thought that the point of this thread was the fact that Von Wafer almost rhymes with Rafer Alston.
the refs are doing everything they can to keep the Nuggets winning streak alive
r u serious?
The Rockets have more floppers than a fish market
Anyway the rockets will pull away in the 4th. Nuggets are tired from the b2b.
First time this year I've seen the Big Three playing together Artest, Yao, and T-Mac. Too many weapons on the court. Rockets beginning to pull away. Artest is a beast.
Good game. Rockets big three too much for the Nuggets. If the Rockets can field a roster with all three of those guys healthy they are very very very good. We need all three of those guys playing at the same time. Double Yao, then go to T-Mac. Defend T-Mac and front Yao, then kick it to Artest. Nearly unstoppable.
The hero of this game was Aaron Brooks. He played 42 minutes, scored 17 points, and cut the Denver defense up all night. He got a lot of open shots for everybody.
You could make the argument that Brooks plays better than Alston but right now I think it's about a wash with how the pg's play. Brooks, while has speed and energy also sometimes makes bad decisions. But tonight, he did perform well.
b2b, only reason for the loss.......The Nuggets just got tired and missed some shots

Brooks did a good job of making Popeye Jones err...I mean Chauncey chase him around and he played good defense on him too.![]()
