I really use to hate cuban but he's growing on me now. Especially after his dine and ditch espn commercial hahah.. nelson can suck it fast he should just donate the 7.1 mil to a charity of nelsons choice.. hahahaha
Cuban-Nelson dispute headed to mediation
Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and former Mavs coach Don Nelson are headed to mediation Thursday to try and resolve their long-running dispute over the former coach’s compensation package.
“We’re going to mediation for the appeal,” Nelson, who now coaches the Golden State Warriors, said before his team played the Mavericks on Wednesday night. “That’s all I know at this point.”
An arbitrator ruled last August that Cuban was to pay Nelson $6.3 million, a figure that a federal arbitrator increased to $7.1 million in September.

Wonder why Nellie has to with arbitration again after already having won two rounds of arbitration. Does Cuban get to keep picking arbitrators until he finally finds one that lets him win??

Well that put the Mavs/Warriors game tonight in a different light. I didn't realize this was still going on.
In any case Cuban is probably feeling good since its a blowout game favoring Dallas. It was pretty entertaining to watch also.
