Considering some news floating around on the Kings, the Knicks and the Spurs' requirements..

    Does this seem okay?

aah. In essence, I tried to get in John Salmons & David Lee for us...and had to fall for the additional bait of Jared Jeffries from the Knicks. The Kings-Knicks meanwhile exchange some expirings in the form of Marbury, Bobby Jax, Malik Rose while giving in a valid center - Brad Miller to the Knicks for a season (2009-10).

That is actually a fairly interesting proposal from a lot of points of view.
SAC gets immediate economic relief; which is apparently what they want.
SAS gets an improved roster; what they want. However, they actually increase their immediate costs, which I think is a problem for them...
NY gets to move Marbury; however they probably want more for a rental of Lee...
If you restructure it as 2 seperate but dependent deals, I think more satisfaction on the NON-SAS partners of this can be satisfied...

    Udoka and Bowen for Salmons
SA also sends cash ($3 Million) to SAC to help cover Bowen's buyout.

    and

    Lee and Jeffries to SA
Finley, Vaughn, Oberto + Miller, Jackson to NY
    Marbury to SAC
NY also sends cash ($3 Million) to SAC to help cover increased salary costs.
SAS sends rights to Splitter to NY
