    Some ref conversation here:

Look, you're going to see -- very likely -- at least a couple of those guys in this series, no matter how long it goes.

In the First Round, there are 8 crew chiefs, all of them officials who will work the NBA Finals. Last year, those 8 were: Bavetta, Dan Crawford, Joey Crawford, Delaney, Derosa, Javie, Rush, and Salvatore. It appears that Javie, Salvatore, and Bavetta are still crew chiefs this year; it also appears that Rush has been dropped from that status in 2009 and replaced by Mark Wunderlich (Rush is the second official today in Boston).

Because every game in this series will have one of the crew chiefs, I think it's pretty fair to assume that we'll see the majority of those officials. I'd be shocked if the crew chief for Game 2 isn't Javie, Wunderlich, or Salvatore.
    And here:

with everything taken into consideration, including how the NBA publically announced he missed the call which probably cost us Game 4 just last season, isn't there some legitimate reasoning he should not be banned from reffing spurs games?

If the NBA (David Stern) had integrity, that move would have been made a long time ago.

wont EVER happen, the NBA will always give the public the impression that the referees are the highest standard and mistakes they make are purely human and not driven by emotion
