LOL...
I always thought it was called a bumper.
So I finally got my car back after months of using my dads car. Its all fixed up and everything, but I got a bumper sticker on it from the 2004 presidental election. Whats the best way to get it off without scratching the car? I tried to peal it of with my finger nail, but dang, those suckers dont come off easily!

LOL, thanks. I just got home from workin the night shift. Havent sleep in 2 days. My bad. Thanks for pointin it out. All fixed now.![]()
Razor blade to get the sticker off. Lighter fluid or rubbing alcohol to get all that sticky crap off
So, you wanted Kerry to win??![]()
Heat the bumper sticker up with a hair dryer. That will soften the adhesive. Then start peeling off and take the residual off with alcohol.
OK man, this may be a little unconventional, but if you rub one out on it then the enyzmes in your nut will eat away some of the sticker to loosen it up and then it'll peel right off. This works best when it is hot outside, perhaps between 3 and 4 in the afternoon.
I just sell the car...it is too much trouble removing them.

It worked for me.
What works even better is mixing it with your saliva... Hold it in your mouth for about five minutes, then apply to the desired area via your spit.
And if Goo Gone doesn't work, there's always this...

I take it you might want to enlist the help of a friend with this one, or are you counting on being a good shot?![]()
It works better with your own saliva. But you may need to practice for a few weeks to perfect your aim.
Goof off which is more of a chemical works best... but both goo gone and rubbing alcohol works.
