It sounds like the vets have a lot of confidence in George Hill (and with good reason, the way he's been playing the last two months). A player this young hasn't been this important to the Spurs since Tony Parker's early career.

The word I would use to describe last night's game would be: Confidence. They showed a lot of confidence and kept the pressure on the Wolves, who folded. I would love to see that same at ude for the rest of the season.
I realize it is a chicken and the egg thing, you need wins for confidence and the confidence is winning games...
What I loved was seeing the lead increase as the game went on as opposed to the other way around.
the t-wolves were one of the worst teams I've seen this season.
regarding the quotes, it's weird hearing Pop wanting a young, 2nd year player to be in control of everything.
Sounds like Pop sees leadership potential in Hill.
