Nice work Ron...![]()
no great perimeter defenders in the league.
As I said during the off-season, Artest has absolutely no chance against Lebron, King makes him look horrible..Artest's main strength as a perimeter defender isn't just his ability, it's the fact that the refs allow him to handcheck and grab his opponents more than anybody in the NBA..against Lebron, he doesn't/won't be allowed to get away with that, so he pretty much has no advantage at all vs. Lebron..
Lakers perimeter defenders can easily be exploited..
Imagine if someone else guarded him, like Sasha... Bron bron would have 10 steals to go with it, and 10 of something that's never been recorded in pro sports, like 10 digits up sasha's ass.
He's been for a while tbh. lol Artest/Barnes rotation.
Artest tried to get Lebron riled a few times, tried to get him ejected. When you cannot beat them in basketball, it, just beat them.
look at this punk ...
Ron Artest is no stranger to tough defense. Usually that entails getting under the skin of your opponent. Ron Ron did his best to reel LeBron James into a fight on Christmas Day.
The two were fighting for low post position when they became entangled. Artest locked up James with a headlock. James broke away and pushed Artest. The only thing that kept this from escalating is Artest walked away.
The play epitomized the game between the Heat and the Lakers. The Heat were on fire all day. Both with their consistent shooting and the passion they played with. The Lakers on the other hand lacked any fire at all. For fans looking for a measuring stick for the Heat, they couldn't ask for any better in the Lakers. If they wondered how they did. They passed this huge test with flying colors.

Artest. The guy is clearly past his prime, he's just not what he used to be. His mouth is the same, but not his game...
so lebron hets a tech for gettin into a headlock? agahahhaa refs at fakers home games are sterns fkn goons
Lebron looked more concerned about getting that headband back on than fighting with Ron, dude's hairline is done and he knows it lol, he needs to shave that already!
Surprised he didn't start a fight with LeBron. They were exchanging words later in the game.
