Using a cell phone is not the problem. Trying to park on the HWY when they are setting up barricades is another matter.
This was taken from my backyard deck last night about 1:30am.
It was crazy thunder and lightning last night. I noticed when coming home from work around 3am, most of outside downtown on the west side was pitch black due to power outtages I was assuming.
Last night was crazy the wind was blowing so hard it woke me up, I was waiting for a ing tornado with my dog inside of it to pass by.
