question about downloading games onto ultrabook

i bought a dell xps 13 ultrabook. it is the mid-level one (in case you want to know the specs, here is a link to them: http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-13-l321...h&isredir=true).

i have a few questions. i will be out of the states for a month or so, and i want to be able to do some "light" recreational gaming on it. i want to be able to possibly put a couple playstation 1 games on it (maybe resident evil or metal gear solid--something along those lines). Firstly, would i be able to even playstation 1 quality type games on this laptop? Second, if i can, where if anywhere can i download those games?
