I put $25K on Spurs in Five.
The Spurs are taking on the Pistons for the NBA Championship. Can the Spurs make history ... or will they be history? You decide.

Call me crazy, but I think the Spurs may sweep if they build enough momentum. I am not kidding.
Spurs in 5 may be a better bet though.

but one game duncan will get called for 3 fouls in 4 min and det spends the whole 4th shooting in the penalty, so for reality spurs in 5

I didn't learn from my punishment last round.. so to take more punishment I put 200 vbones on a sweep again. I think it's possible that Spurs will dominate. Something tells me Timmy is ready to go.
IT IS simple. When spurs are plaing due to some kind of code when they winnigng championships.
1999- 1 round and last with one loss , 2 and 3 with no loss
2003 - all rounds spurs won in six
2005 - 4-1, 4-2, 4-1, 4-2(?)

We'll lose a game in Detroit when some Schlitz-swilling goon in the 25th row throws a concealed two-by-four at Duncan's head, misses (due to intoxication) and nails Bowen instead. Bowen will go into the stands, nicely ask the guy if he throws as well as the Pistons play hockey and then get suspended for one game.
We'll drop that game and the next, and them come back to SA and wrap it up.
Then the fan will laugh and ask Tim to hit the pool because he will have better luck beating Michael Phelps in the 400m medley then his chance beating the CHAMPS!

spurs will get it in five, it will be like the denver series spurs will lose the first one but then win the rest.

I placed my first ever bet on Spurs in 6. Detriot ain't just gonna roll over, and I expect the Spurs to drop at least one, which makes it likely Detriot will eke out at least one.
But I'll happily eat my v$ if it's Spurs in 5. I don't care much win they win, so long as they DO.

Total hedge, I bandwagonned & put money on Spurs 5 but predicted Spurs 6 in the other tread.

Damn, those 20/1 odds for a Spurs sweep are hard to ignore.
My biggest gamble of the year, 1000 bucks on Spurs in 6. However, if Spurs win in 4,5, or 7 I will still be happy...poor, but happy
