Has anyone gotten it to work at all this year (the video, not the audio)?

Every single time I've clicked on a game link, either live or archive, I've gotten a server error message. Just now I got:
HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error

You need to click the "Contact us" button and email them a message describing the problem. I had the identical problem last week and someody from the NBA finally fixed the problem.

Okay, but how did they fix the problem for you but still leave it for everyone else?

Hey...on firefox it works. On IE...same error apache 500 blah blah blah

I e-mailed and sent out a contact form letter from their site...NO RESPONSE.

It's BS because that is part of the service I paid for and I expect it to work. I wonder, how does one go about getting some compensation for their technical issues.

Things have been a little slow lately, I might be able to help.
