Not until a better alternative exists. It is a preferred weapon of the military as it's effective and doesn't put our people at risk. I am still confused as to why drones are bad but cruise missiles got a pass for the two decades they were the platform of choice.
Personally, I just think it needs to be turned over completely to the military and the CIA stick to gathering intelligence.
