My reasoning is simple. The Miami ball pressure on the pick and roll does not allow for a quick interior pass, however it does allow for a quick pass out to the perimeter. Bonner sets the pick and flares out to the 3pt line, the pressure man has to decide whether or not to follow Parker or close towards Matt Bonner to get a decent contest on the shot. Bonner on the interior does suck, however, the Spurs need to alleviate the ball pressure. This will allow for more passing options on the drive from Parker and/or whoever is the ball handler.
