All depends on who they play. Chicago and Brooklyn would beat them while Washington has the potential. They avoid all three they can advance a round.
1st round
2nd round

They're 23-12 in 2014, including 9-5 against the West, they're a lot better than people think and not just a product of the East, tbh..
Their ceiling is the ECSF IMO, but they could easily lose in the 1st round if they draw the Nets or even Washington..
They're one of the more predictable teams down the stretch in games and they'll probably get out coached in the playoffs, so their strong regular season translating to playoff success is a question mark IMO..

With the way things are shaping up, looks like they have to pick between WSH, BKN and CHA.
BKN is the hardest out, they may not even make it out to play in the ECSF. TOR vs WSH would be a very interesting series!
Charlotte is their easiest out, but looks like the Bobcats will fall prey to Miami.
It's gonna depend on the forms of Ross and Deronzan imho.
No ECF or Finals options?
Nope, cos I don't see them beating Indy or Miami
They beat Memphis yesterday, not bad at all.
resistanze get your ass in here
Toronto is in a weird position. They're clearly the third-best team in the East, but they have the worst shot to beat the top two as anyone in the East bracket outside of Atlanta. They have a really low ceiling and aren't built for post-season ball at all.
O ye, of little faith.
just came back from UFC fight.
They could get knocked out by in the 1st round if they draw Brooklyn...not a good matchup for them in terms of playoff basketball...I'm confident against any other team.
Of course, they'll get killed by either the Pacers or Heat, so their ceiling is indeed the 2nd round.
Officially made the playoffs tonight... I hope they reach the second round. Let's go Canada
I think they beat everyone but top 2 as long as coaching doesn't get in the way and as long as DeRozan doesn't shrink.
Aside from Miami and Indiana, no one from the East is built for the post-season. However it's fun to watch surprises like this Toronto squad. As long as they continue playing like this and they don't let Greivis Vasquez take over late in close games, they have a fair chance to make the second round.
They entered the Playoffs with a bang, tbh![]()
