Diaw is ten years older and while a much better passer, isn't anything close in most other facets of the game (good spot up shooter when he shoots).
What is the point of this ayers guy?? We got rid of blair cause he was an undersized center...only to replace him with an undersized center. At least blair could rebound, clever with tip ins, had good hands, etc...ayers has all the same weaknesses as blair but NONE of his strengths. Hes too small, he barely rebounds, he has hands of stone. He is utterly a liability out there. Why the dont we play baynes more, at least hes a 7 foot, high energy and can actually score and defend vastly better than worthless ayers.
Oh and Diaw is as effective on the floor as Leonard, leonard has been a huge disappointment this year but still gets all talked up. Diaw is as smart, efficient, and effective at his role as any on on the team. Hes a great defender, has size, can shoot the 3, great passer, and NEVER MAKES MISTAKES.

we should have kept blair. why we are putting ayres in the line-up and not blair i do not understand
Diaw is effective, Dejuan was a bum but I agree... why is Baynes eating bench? because Pop thinks Ayers understands better his stupid and outdated system.

Baynes have some small baby hands, it seems he cant hold on to a rebound or catch a good pass at all, somethings not right with him, we should trade. Man I wish we had Al Jefferson, he would fix our problems easily

Blair was flawed at his position for sure but at least he provided some talents. Ayers is a downgrade from blair
