Just putting this down on paper, he'll be something the likes of which the league has never seen. There is currently one Jewish coach in the NBA. David Blatt. There's a reason why Jews have the most Nobel Laureates and that half the owners are Jewish. That Jewish intelligence.
Tbh if he can take an already existing, successful system and then add a bit of common sense to it he'll already be a top 5 coach. Then he just has to knock off Pop or Carslile to reach the apex of coaching. It helps that he's got Lebron to make him look good, but I think he'd be successful even without him.
