Reggie with his usual brilliance.. claims the West is wide open with the Spurs not looking like the defending champs a week in, and then raves about the Kings in the same sentence. Kenny was crying before the game too, claims that it's "only to this crew (TNT)"

They sort of have a beef though. Why did he rested them 4 games in? They ing had like a week off after playing just two games prior.

Pretty sure they'll get fine if they keep resting players every time they have a congested schedule.

Probably a combo of Pop being pissed at only playing two games up until yesterday and the fact that he loves to stick it to TNT. Total throwaway game though; only thing to take away from it is that Fat Head played decent for his first game. Upstairs is probably melting down over the fact that our 3rd stringers got slaughtered by Lolckets starters.

When will the NBA and TV networks learn not to put the Spurs on national TV on the second night of B2B's?

The one they got fined for against Miami was the 4th game in 5 days, and they thought that would be good TV. NBA needs to lighten the schedule, schedule TV games more intelligently, or shut the up.

If you don't know Pop is going to rest Manu and Tim by now, you've not watched much. He's going to rest them even more now than in the past, and the new guys are going to get a ton of playing time. That's what makes me wonder why some mid level talent doesn't see SA as a high minutes location for them, sure they have their rotations already, but if you want minutes you can basically play starters minutes on many nights if you're halfway decent.
