What does he think you can do with a trailer? It needs..
1. A power connection
2. A water connection
3. A sewer connection..

Tralier parks in LA state are not going to be empty (1 in 8 americans lives in a mobile home of some sort already).

Some people just have no idea what logistics mean. I am sure FEMA will find a site so that they can house people but give them a working shower and toilet with some power too...
