    Demand is high for owned/rented housing, supply is limited.


    Straight economics, not politics.

    The Predatory, Criminal Banksters and their Great Depression forced Ms of people out of their mortgaged homes, into rentals. THAT's political, not economic.

    It's actually pretty smart... A big key in getting a jump on tackling debt is living extremely frugally for 2 months because it gives you plenty of cushion room
